Villa Flow and its surroundings allow for many activities to be undertaken. Please find below a couple of suggestions that the Villa Flow staff will be more than happy with to assist you in arranging. Should you require a driver this can be easily arranged.

Spa : massage, manicure, pedicure. See Villa Flow’s Spa menu for more details on the different options available.

Yoga :
enjoy a one-hour yoga session with Kawi, a very experienced yoga teacher, in the beautiful setting of the Villa’s Bale Bengong.

Villa Flow Private Beach : take a stroll 500 meters down the road and enjoy sea-side lounging with beautiful views at our exclusive private beachfront garden. Subject to seasonality, there is the possibility of swimming and snorkeling.

Cycling :
take the complimentary mountain bikes out and do a tour of the local surroundings. Explore the nearby villages up-close and feel the local vibe.

Cooking Class :
At the newly opened Bali Asli Restaurant, Penny has created a great Culinary Experience:choose between a traditional market-, fishing-, rice field- or village tour followed by the cooking class where you are explained about Balinese traditions and food. Combining freshly purchased ingredients with fresh produce from the restaurant’s own organic garden a very special lunch is prepared, the authentic Balinese way.

Rice Field Trekking :
early morning off-the-beaten-track trekking tour with an experienced local English speaking guide for 2, 3 or 5 hours. Wonderful views of the Mount Agung, no other tourists and astonishing vistas over the rice fields.

White Sand Beach :
leave for the White Sand Beach, a lovely and not all too busy cove: a big favorite with our guests! Have a drink or go snorkeling on the right hand side of the cove.

Water Palace :
visit the Water Palaces of nearby Ujung (30 minute walk) and Tirtagangga (20 minute drive), once constructed by the last King of Karangasem and lately renovated with the help of UNESCO Funds.

Diving :
head out for one or two dives in Amed (coral walls) or Tulamben (150 meter shipwreck), some of the best dive sites in Bali, at a 45 minute drive. Take the scenic coastal route back to Villa Flow

Gillis : take the fast boat from Padang Bai (a 45 minute drive from Villa Flow) to the Gilli islands, located between Bali and Lombok. Go diving, snorkeling or surfing. Have a drink and enjoy the island life!

Stroll : or why not simply take a stroll up and down the road to get a feel for what Seraya-Barat is also about? See what the local people are up to, get a drink and have a bite. Go to the silver smith up the road, have some clothes made by the local village tailors.
